SubProofA3E Ecosystem Inc ("we") follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
From contractors: name, company, email and payment details (processed by Stripe; we never see card numbers). About subcontractors, from the contractor and the subcontractor: company name, contact name, email, trade, and the documents they upload with their expiry dates.
Why
To run the service: show documents to the contractor who requested them, send reminders and summaries, bill, and give support. Documents are shared only with the contractor who added that subcontractor.
Where it's stored
On servers in Canada operated by A3E Ecosystem Inc. Our email provider and Stripe process data needed to send email and take payment. We don't sell information.
Retention
We keep documents while the contractor's account is active and delete them 90 days after it closes. A subcontractor can ask the contractor, or us, to remove their documents.
