SubProofThese terms are an agreement between you and A3E Ecosystem Inc, a corporation in Ontario ("we", "us"), for SubProof. By starting a trial or subscription you accept them.
1. The service
SubProof stores compliance documents that your subcontractors upload, tracks their expiry dates, sends reminders to your subcontractors and summaries to you. We may add features and change how the service looks.
2. Your responsibility
SubProof is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It does not verify that a document is genuine or valid, and it is not legal, insurance or WSIB advice. You remain responsible for checking documents, your contracts and your obligations under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act and other law. Only add subcontractors you work with, and only email addresses they gave you for business.
3. Trial, billing and cancellation
Plans start with a 14-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, your card is charged the plan price each month in Canadian dollars until you cancel. Cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the paid month. After cancellation we keep your data for 90 days so you can export it, then delete it.
4. Refunds
If you aren't happy, email us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. After that, months already started aren't refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We aren't liable for premiums, claims, penalties, lost profits or indirect damages, including any arising from a document that was missing, expired or not genuine.
6. Changes and law
We may change these terms or prices with 30 days' notice by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
